Sazan Island & Karaburun Boat Tour

Ablauf

1. 09:00
   Meet at Vlorë harbour

   Board the boat at the marina and set off south into the protected Sazan-Karaburun Marine Park, Albania's first marine national park.

2. 09:45
   Cruise to Sazan Island

   Sail across the bay to Sazan, the country's largest island and a former closed military base, with time to take in its bunkers, bays and history.

3. 11:00
   Haxhi Ali sea cave

   Round the tip of the Karaburun peninsula and glide beneath towering cliffs into the vast Haxhi Ali cave, one of the largest sea caves on the coast.

4. 12:00
   Grama Bay & hidden coves

   Anchor in remote, crystal-clear bays reachable only by boat, with ancient sailors' inscriptions carved into the rock. Time to swim and snorkel.

5. 13:30
   Lunch & swimming

   Lunch onboard or at a secluded beach, with plenty of time to relax in the water.

6. 15:30
   Coastal cruise back

   Cruise back toward Vlorë along the dramatic coastline, with a last few swim stops if the group wants them.

7. 17:00
   Return to Vlorë

   Arrive back at the harbour in the late afternoon.
